Katelyn Hooker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Katelyn received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University – Indianapolis. After graduation, she began working as a R.N. in cardiovascular critical care and interventional radiology before returning to school for her master’s degree in nursing from Ball State University.
In her spare time, Katelyn enjoys reading, exercising,and spending time with her husband, Adam, their children, Caroline and Declan, and their dog, Chopper.
Katelyn looks forward to working with patients throughout their procedures to improve their quality of life, as well as meeting new patients.
